The One-Year Endourology Training Curriculum of the Department of Urology at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University.

The Urolithiasis and Endourology Fellowship Program is a structured one-year training  program accredited by the Endourology Society ，providing advanced clinical ， surgical, and  academic training within a tertiary referral urology center.

The program begins with a formal orientation to ensure trainee familiarity with institutional  clinical systems ， operating room protocols, and academic responsibilities.

Throughout the fellowship year, the fellow functions as an integral member of the  depaftment with progressive responsibility in clinical care and educational activities.

Training follows a competency-based model supported by a structured logbook and formal  assessment using the Objective Structured Assessment of Technical SkiIIs (OSATS).

Trainee performance is monitored through scheduled quafterly evaluations and a final  comprehensive assessment at program completion, ensuring achievement of defined clinical and academic outcomes in alignment with international fellowship standards.
