Prerequisite: Prepare the WeChat app with payment capability (available for download from all app stores).

1. Long-press the WeChat icon and tap Scan.

2. Scan the QR code provided below.

3. In the launched mini-program, open the options menu and tap the Translate button.

4. The page content will be translated automatically.

5. To switch languages, re-open the options menu and select Change Language.

Then choose your preferred language from the list, which includes Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese , English, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Melayu, Italiano, 日本語, Português and Русский.

6. Tap the blue section to create a personal profile.

￮ Check and agree to the Privacy Agreement.

￮ Complete real-name authentication via one-click authorization login.

￮ Fill in the patient information form truthfully with the required details:

▪ Full Name*

▪ Type of Document (select from available options, e.g., Other types of documents)

▪ Document Number

▪ Gender

▪ Date of Birth

▪ Nationality

▪ Area of Residence

▪ Detailed Address

▪ Telephone Number

▪ Health Records (optional)

￮ Verify the filled information and tap Confirm Add to submit.

￮ After successful submission, you will obtain an electronic medical attendance card and outpatient number automatically.

7. For further assistance, contact our human customer service:

￮ Tap the designated image and long-press it in the pop-up page.

￮ Add the customer service staff to your address book to start one-on-one communication.

￮ Long-press the messages sent by the staff to trigger the translation function if needed.
